I would suggest taking your money else where if you are buying a car. I was a first time buyer at a dealership. They told me that they could sale my my 2013 impala at a certain price but when it came down to signing papers the tryed to pull a quick one hoping i wouldnt notice. (marking the price of the vehicle back up to sticker price). I think they figured since i put half up front I wouldnt notice. after getting the vehicle and getting home i noticed that the rubber inserts that cover the screws in the middle consoles and door handles were missing. I called them and the sales agent said he would sneak them out of another car guessing thats what happened to mine. after never getting them i asked the sales manager and they refused. Not to mention my car had a horrible oil leak 3 days later they tryed to get me to pay for towing. Take your money else where!!!!!

Ripped off

i purchased a used vehicle from San Tan VW about 10 months ago and i am still trying to get them to replace or fix the car they sold me. When i bought the car i asked for a car fax and was told that it was in the glove box with all my other paperwork(it wasn't). Prior to the purchase i asked if the car had been in any accidents, i and my nephew were told that it had not(it had). When the next day when i called asking for the car fax, i was refused one. The next day i brought the car into service because it was malfunctioning and asked for a replacement. i was refused. i asked for a refund and i was refused. i filed complaints with the manager and was ignored. I have even contacted the State AG and they were ignored as well. The bad thing is, as if this all isnt bad enough, that no one seems to give a *** about it. So now i have a car that i cannot trade sell or drive any distance whatsoever out of fear that it will malfunction for the 10th time and leave me stranded. or worse, explode. and im out about 24,000 plus all of the repairs and new part i've put on the car to make it run or even be semi-drivable. it looks nice but it just sits in my driveway and rarely moves. Nice work San Tan VW. Way to go screwing your customers. See you in court.

San Tan VW

Spent a week looking at cars with these guys as this was the first VW I was planning to purchase. They touted their easy sales process and that we could negotiate via email and they would even deliver the car to my house. They emailed me an out the door quote with no haggle, when I went down to the dealer cash in hand to purchase the vehicle they would not honor the quote, that there had been a mistake and they could not sell the car for that price. Even told me the car had been sold when actually they had just hid it in the far corners of the dealership. A real game of bait and switch and truly distasteful. San Tan VW needs to get it's act together if they plan to stay in business. Frustrated, i left called Berge VW down the street the next day and they gave me the same deal San Tan said they would not honor. Way to go Berge.
